NZ XMAX full carbon fibre moulded part construction

XMAX / MOULDED CARBON

FULL CARBON FIBRE.
MADE IN A MOULD.

The exhaust cover image shows a full carbon fibre moulded part. Its shape is formed in a mould.

FULL CARBON FIBRE: Real carbon fibre forms the moulded part itself.
8 LAYERS OF RESIN: The diagram shows eight resin layers above the carbon fibre.
PRECISION MOULDED: The mould forms the part’s shape for its intended fitment.
NO CLEAR COAT: The surface is finished with resin, without a clear coat.

This construction also applies to our XMAX Side Body Protector, Engine Clutch Cover, Rear Hugger, CVT Accessories, Slim Filter Cover 1, Slim Filter Cover 2, Full Air Filter and Custom Front Fender (XMAX V2/V3).

8 LAYERS OF RESIN: Eight layers of carbon resin are applied over the surface, layer by layer.
NO CLEAR COAT: The surface finish comes from the resin; no clear coat is applied.

REAL CARBON FABRIC: The visible carbon texture comes from real carbon fibre fabric.
8 LAYERS OF RESIN: Carbon resin is applied to the surface in eight successive layers.
NO CLEAR COAT: The surface has a resin finish without a clear-coat layer.
